I downloaded image resizer for Windows 10 and it does not show up as an option when I right click?

I downloaded the image resizer for windows 10. When I am in my picture files, I right click on an image and it doe not give me the option to resize. Image resizer isn't even in my pictures tools.

Please help us help you by giving us info we need. Not all apps have right-click options in File Explorer; some only have that if you take specific steps to add it. Please click on edit & add answers to questions here in Comments to your original post. 1) Where did you download Image Resizer from? There are multiple Image Resizer apps in the Microsoft Store. What's the exact name? Or, did you download it from elsewhere? If so, where? 2) How did you install it? 3) What are the 'picture tools?' Go to imgur.com , upload a screenshot then put the weblink in your original post so we can see it.

Please help us help you by giving us info we need. Not all apps have right-click options in File Explorer; some only have that if you take specific steps to add it. Please click on edit & add answers to questions here in Comments to your original post. 1) Where did you download Image Resizer from? There are multiple Image Resizer apps in the Microsoft Store. What's the exact name? Or, did you download it from elsewhere? If so, where? 2) How did you install it? 3) What are the 'picture tools?'
