I downloaded Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft website, used Disk Utility to reformat the USB to ExFat, opened ISO and copied and pasted everything to the USB..plugged into PC and “Reboot and Select Proper Device” error comes up, I changed boot settings to be USB but it still doesn’t work..what do I do?

You stated you "opened the ISO and copied everything to it". Instead you need to use an imaging tool such as this microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool

  • I just tried downloading it and it won’t open because I’m using a Mac to burn it, Boot Camp Assistant only gives me the option of Installing windows 10 to my laptop
