I want to know what is causing a certain ad to keep popping up in Chrome [closed]

So, recently I did some Googling on Chrome, looking for a certain product. Since then, I am being inundated on Chrome with the same ad over and over. I am trying to delete the particular cookie or whatever is stored so that this ad goes away. It is annoying because it constantly has motion and stays stuck to the top half vertical margin area in my window.
Here's what I've done so far:
- Searched SU for this topic
- Googled this topic
- Gone in to cookies and deleted many cookies that pertain to this company's name
- Cleared my entire cache from the last 4 weeks (I searched for the pertaining product just a week ago
- Closed and restarted Chrome
So, is there a way I can find the source of this ad? I mean, can I determine somehow which cookie is telling websites to run this ad? Or is there some other data somewhere in my browser that causes this ad to constantly run?
