“tHe MOON IS LIt” written in l33+ speak, the computer text language where letters are replaced by numbers, symbols, and combinations of characters which form a resemblance to the shape of the letters. There might be a wiki page about it, try https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leet

In the voting system downvotes signify a lack of research, effort and/or usefulness and frankly an answer that was already posted by someone else is lacking in all those criteria. Obviously there are some occurrences where someone is typing up their solution and someone else submits just before another person and in that case leaving the second answer may be accepted. Why this has upvotes just depends on the strictness of people who saw this answer as it is minutes behind.
