Operation research: two-phases simplex method

I'm preparing just now the operation research exam, but I'm blocked on a topic: the simplex method (on the tableau) with "two-phases" method. Briefly, I've to optimize a problem which has a surplus variable, and so, in its tableau appears a non-identical matrix. I've understood how to manage the first phase, but here's my question: what do i have to put in the objective row of the second phase tableau? I'm dealing with this optimization problem:
$$maxquad 3x_1+2x_2$$
$$2x_1 + x_2 -s_1 = 2$$
$$3x_1+x_2+s_2 = 9$$
$$x_2 + s_3 = 3$$
I've intentionally omitted positiveness constraints. Could you help me?
