Winodws 10: windows of programs frequently open or become placed off-edge

Basically, often times, when I return from sleep or log in after a long time. Windows moves windows slightly off screen edge, which is extremely annoying to me, as it renders a lot of my macros useless.

On the image, the problem is marked by red scribble on the side. This happens to programs such as OneNote, Chrome and Word. The space is usually a lot smaller, but it still a pain to deal with in terms of repositioning.

So yeah, is there any way to disable this behavior by editing registry or doing something else? I just want the windows to constantly remain where they have been placed, except of course for restart.
