Port Forwarding: How do I make my torrent client use the internet of a remote server?

I have a Shadowsocks server on my Ubuntu server, and I am tunneling all my traffic through it by using Proxifier. The problem is that my torrent client (Transmission) says its port 51413 is closed. I have allowed this port by using ufw on my server, but it still doesn't work. It seems to be me that I need to do some more port forwarding setup, but I don't know what. I tried these two, but they didn't seem to work:

ssh x -R 51413:localhost:51413
ssh x -L 51413:localhost:51413
