I have a Asus CM6850 desktop computer and it's got four ram slots, two are used and I now would like to get another 16GB of RAM. I found this:

https://www.amazon.ca/Arch-Memory-240-Pin-ProLiant-740895-B21/dp/B07G2Q8Q3V/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1542862962&sr=8-3&keywords=ddr+16gb+1600

Was wondering if it will work?

  • Manufacturers usually have memory compatibility lists. There you can see which memory modules have been tested to be working in your motherboard. You should check that out.

Crucial.com has a memory tool, telling you the type of memory for most models of computers. Enter the make and model onto their website and they will list compatible memory.

For your model, they suggest DDR3L-1600 UDIMMs.
