RX 580 Not Detected/No Signal

Neither Windows or Bios is detecting my GPU. It gives me no signal when I connect and it is not detected in the device manager. It is not even detected as generic Microsoft display adapter. I know for sure that card actually works. I have set the bios as uefi and legacy (gigabyte z97 gaming 7), and tried to install the amd driver, but it does not detect the hardware. The video card is connected properly using 6+2 power cable. The problem might originate from the fact that I unistalled nvidia drivers using DDU (safe mode) while my rx 580 gpu was connected. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Maybe try to clean the Nvidia drivers again without the RX 580 GPU connected. I also know that some cards have this switch on the bottom of the card that you have to switch on before you can use the card. but I'm not sure if this is the same for you.
