I need a windows 10 virtualbox image similar to this one, my question is similar to this one, the only difference is that my internet connection is so unreliable, is there a way to download it from torrent? Does Microsoft offer torrents as an option?

No, Microsoft doesn't offer torrents. You may use a download manager that allows recovery.
