I have 2 SSDs on my PCs running on Windows 10. I suddenly encountered this error on E: is not accessible. Access is denied. I used disk management to format E: drive. All data is gone but I am not able to access the drive.

THen, I run this command $ chkdsk /R e:. Here is the output;

The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is Storage.

Stage 1: Examining basic file system structure ...
256 file records processed.
File verification completed.
0 large file records processed.
0 bad file records processed.

Stage 2: Examining file name linkage ...
2 reparse records processed.
284 index entries processed.
Index verification completed.
0 unindexed files scanned.
0 unindexed files recovered to lost and found.
2 reparse records processed.

Stage 3: Examining security descriptors ...
Security descriptor verification completed.
15 data files processed.
CHKDSK is verifying Usn Journal...
2840 USN bytes processed.
Usn Journal verification completed.

Stage 4: Looking for bad clusters in user file data ...
A disk read error occurredc0000022
The disk does not have enough space to replace bad clusters
detected in file 27 of name $Extend$UsnJrnl.
240 files processed.
File data verification completed.

Stage 5: Looking for bad, free clusters ...
124986573 free clusters processed.
Free space verification is complete.
A disk read error occurredc0000022
An unspecified error occurred (6c6f6766696c652e 2a9)

From the output, what does the error message mean? Does it mean my SSD is going to fail soon?

I am still able to use the drive after format despite the error.
