Disable VSCode code completion for stuff like AudioProcessingEvent

VSCode seems to offer a lot of suggestions when coding in javascript. For example, here I want to write "assert", but instead get all these:

enter image description here

In this case, I don't have assert defined anywhere in the file which is why it's not being suggested.

But these sort of suggestions come up too often. And they're all of stuff I've never even heard of! The first one "MSFIDOCredentialAssertion" searching for on google doesn't even point to a credible documentation (like MDN). And another one down the list "AudioProcessingEvent" seems deprecated.

I'm not sure, but they seem to be methods on window object. But most of them I've never even heard of, or have any use of.

Is there a way these can be disabled?

I don't wanna disable all code completion entirely, just some of these above mentioned suggestions. If it means I have to disable all window object suggestions, that's fine too, but I'd still like to keep the intellisense for other stuff.
