How do I programatically check disk partitions on windows 8 and 10?

I'm aware of diskpart, but that doesn't work in my case because I need to do this programatically, with no user input. diskpart doesn't provide any output when you give it a script so my program can't use it.
Are there any other window command line tools I can use to get a list of disks and their partitions?
