I'm looking for a program that can automatically create and send emails once a day.
The program would need to be able to read the contents of a txt file each time as the files content changes daily and then use this content for the body of the email before sending it to my smtp server which requires starttls and auth to be issued.
Does anyone know of any good programs capable of this?

- "Questions seeking product, service, or learning material recommendations are off-topic because they become outdated quickly and attract opinion-based answers. Instead, describe your situation and the specific problem you're trying to solve. Share your research. Here are a few suggestions on how to properly ask this type of question." – Kamil Maciorowski, Ramhound, bertieb, LPChip, grawity
