Beckhoff Twincat 3.0 Silent installation And Twincat Addin Tab not loading in visual studio 2013 [on hold]

Application Name is Beckhoff Twincat 3.0
Please help me how do this package i tired this paramter
setup.exe /s /clone_wait /v"/qr REBOOT=ReallySuppress ALLUSERS=1 INSTALLDIR=C:TwinCat ACTIVATEVS2012SETTINGS=1"
Is there a flag to create a silent installer config for TwinCat 3
windows throwing error. I packaged this application in 2 packages one package for visual studio 2013 shell & Isolated and one more package for twincat 3. But twincat addin tabs are not getting after launching shortcut Please let us how to do this package
