Chromium cannot display some character correctly

My chromium display japanese character 'の' as a blank box on some sites such as google and stackexchange (maybe most none mainly japanese sites).
Some characters next to it also become boxes.
like this:

It is good on some other sites like wikipedia and most japanese sites.
system: archlinux, update monthly
desktop: plasma
installed font packages:
adobe-source-han-sans-otc-fonts

It looks like a problem with Unicode or the wrong codepage.

Use the Developer Tools or WhatFont to analyze the real font used on a problematic website against one that works.

@harrymc Noto Sans is used on problematic sites, sites that works usually uses Source Han Sans or webfont. I don't know what caused chromium not to use correct font on problematic sites.

The simplest solution might be to uninstall the Noto Sans font. Font selection is a complicated process, and the Noto Sans font might come up as the best selection for too-vague font specifications. You may download it back from Google.

@harrymc After I uninstalled Noto Sans, they change to Hack to display the box. When I uninstalled Hack, they change to another font. It seem not going to end.
