Perhaps this
Join[IdentityMatrix[3], -IdentityMatrix[3]]
(* {{1, 0, 0}, {0, 1, 0}, {0, 0, 1}, {-1, 0, 0}, {0, -1, 0}, {0, 0, -1}} *)
